SHIPPING: Policy and Process

 

We ship all items from our store Locally and Internationally. The only exception to International Shipping is food items & electronic appliances. These can only be shipped within Nigeria. See all our shipping procedures below:

 

1. PICKUP AT THE BRAND OFFICE:

With Lu Gold we try to make the purchasing process easy and affordable. This is why we have partnered with major brands to ensure you can pick up your order right from their showrooms and warehouses and not have to pay any shipping charges.

Each Brand has various registered showrooms/warehouses across the nation and we've specified them for you below. All you have to do is go over with your paid invoice, receipt and proper identification and pick up your item from whichever branch is closest to you.

 

LG SHOWROOMS/WAREHOUSES: LAGOS, PORT-HARCOURT, ABUJA, JOS, KANO, ASABA, IBADAN AND BENIN.

 

SKYRUN SHOWROOMS/WAREHOUSES: CALABAR, LAGOS, ABUJA.

 

HISENSE SHOWROOMS/WAREHOUSES: LAGOS & PORT-HARCOURT.

 

SCANFROST SHOWROOMS/WAREHOUSES: LAGOS, ABUJA, PORT-HARCOURT, IBADAN, BENIN, KADUNA

By picking at the Showroom you get to speak to Technicians, Physically explore other products and get demonstrations. Most importantly, you get to see for yourself that Lu Gold offers the best prices.

2. DROP-SHIP TO YOUR LOCATION: 

Thanks to our partners at GIG Logistics we can drop-ship your item to you in any state in Nigeria. When choosing this option your shipping charge is automatically calculated using the total weight of your order. 

We charge a flat-rate of N3,000.00 for drop-shipping to initially process your order.

Before payment is made we will contact you to tell you exactly how much it will cost to drop-ship the item to your location which could be less or more than N3,000.00 depending on the weight and the destination.

Items usually arrive no more than 4 working days after the item has been shipped.

You can track your order online using our online tracking system.

When filling your address you have to put in a post code. This field is used for the computation. For the postcode please enter your state! Example if you are living in Edo State, your postcode will be BENIN. And if you are living in Akwa Ibom State, your post code will be UYO. See below

3: FOOD SHIPMENT FROM PUFF-DADDY PASTRIES:

All food items from Puff Daddy Pastries are delivered by their in-store delivery service or through JUMIA Food.  Once you place an order from this section, you will be contacted to choose the most suitable and fastest option for you.

 

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Excluding food products and Electronics, we ship all other items from our store to any international location. This option is usually utilized by customers purchasing School merchandise. To ship internationally, we use either Fedex or DHL. The weight of your order is always given so you can use this to verify what you are being charged for international shipping.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All items purchased from our store are covered by a warranty. For more information on this visit the Warranty Information page.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. in the unlikely case that the item delivered to you is not same as stated on your invoice.We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Faulty or defective items are all covered under a warranty. Our support team will be able to direct you to your nearest after-sales support centre. The team can be reached on +234-8163600001

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes  the bank or creditcard company to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
